Before entering private practice, Aaron served as an attorney in the FTC’s Division of Privacy and Identity Protection and as a senior legal advisor to Commissioner Julie Brill. As an advisor to Commissioner Brill, Aaron provided legal and policy advice on U.S. and international privacy and data protection issues, rulemaking, and enforcement actions involving nearly every area of the FTC’s consumer protection authority.


Aaron’s government experience extends over nearly a decade beyond his work at the FTC. Before joining the FTC, Aaron served as a policy adviser at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, where he was the principal drafter of the Department of Commerce’s consumer privacy ​“green paper” and the White House’s Consumer Privacy Bill of Rights report. He also served as Director for Privacy and Civil Liberties in the National Security Council’s Cybersecurity Directorate.


Following law school, Aaron worked as a trial attorney in the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and was a research fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law and School of Information.


Since leaving government service, Aaron has maintained close and positive working relationships with colleagues at the FTC, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, and other agencies and offices, and he remains at the forefront of this ever-changing field of law.

Before joining PossibleNOW, Rob served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Verisk, a global data and analytics company. In this role, he led the Marketing Solutions business unit which evolved through a series of acquisitions. Prior to that position, Rob held several business development roles including Senior Vice President of Sales at PossibleNOW, spanning 13 years of growth.


He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University and resides in Metro Atlanta with his wife and two children.

Ken Sponsler 200x200After retiring from the Army after a 27-year career where his final post was 3rd Infantry Division Command Sergeants Major (an elite combined arms combat division) during which Ken carried a Top-Secret Clearance, Ken amassed more than twenty-five years of operational experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer global direct marketing compliance matters. During his professional career he served a critical role during the early years at PossibleNOW Services Inc., CompliancePoint’s parent company where he was responsible for developing the functional specifications for PossibleNOW’s “DNCSolution,” which, among other things, provides a scrubbing platform to scrub for wireless numbers and numbers registered on the NDNCR, state DNC lists and entity specific DNC lists while accounting for numbers associated with an established business relationship (inquiry or transaction EBR) as well as consent. Ken later founded CompliancePoint, CompliancePoint’s expertise includes historical DNC and wireless telephone number call data analysis for compliance due diligence and litigation support. Ken has worked with sellers, service providers, regulators, as well as plaintiff and defendant law firms to analyze billions of historical call data records.


In his role as General Manager and Senior Vice President at CompliancePoint, he has also served as a court-appointed monitor, as well as a party’s expert witness, to perform historical call record analysis for the purpose of determining compliance with the TCPA, specially relating to NDNCR, wireless and associated consent requirements.

Brandon Breslin 200x200Brandon Breslin is the Associate Practice Director and current PCI, SOC, and ISO Practice Lead at CompliancePoint.
